Recalibrate’s founder, Gena Cotton, received her MBA from The College of William and Mary’s Mason School of Business. She holds Executive Certificates from Georgetown University in Leadership Coaching, Organizational Development Consulting and Change Leadership, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member and an ACC-credentialed coach.
